A screw has been scarred for life after being slashed across the face in HMP Shotts. He was left with blood pouring from a wound to his left cheek after he was attacked with a homemade bladed weapon also known as a ‘shiv’ among prisoners. His cheek had to be sown back together at a local hospital and he will be out of repressive service for a significant period.
The national & local media are bleeding their hearts out for the screw, portraying the ‘humane job’ he & his ilk do for society!
No sympathy for the screws of the prison society!
