Torquay: Vandals smash 70 stained glass church windows in three nights

Vandals smashed 70 stained glass windows in a sustained attack at a Torquay church, the worst damage in its 76 year history. The attacks took place over three nights at St. Martin’s Church, on October 2, 3 and 4, with vandals throwing missiles and stones through the stained glass windows, damaging the glass and lead surroundings.
